PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIME

All orders are processed within 21 business days (does not include shipping times). You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery or ready for local pickup!

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All orders are final sale. MadeByK&A does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Lids/seals on insulated drinkware & straws, cannot be guaranteed after use by the customer. Please wash with care. Additional lids & straws can be purchased in the shop.

Please ensure the proper care is used for each product. (care instructions are given at the time of purchase and also listed under Product Care.

SHIPPING

All shipping is made via Canada Post.

Shipping is available North America wide!

Lettermail shipping for smaller items does not include insurance or tracking.

For expedited/parcel shipping,  a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

MadeByK&A is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. 

the Customer is responsible for any Customs/Duties charges that may apply. MadeByK&A is not responsible for these charges. 

Please Note: it is very important (& your responsibility) to ensure all information provided is true and correct at time of checkout.  If wrong information is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered items to the correct location. Should you notice you made an error please contact us as soon as possible, we will attempt to correct however it is not guaranteed. This applies to both billing and shipping addresses. 

LOCAL PICKUP

MadeByK&A is located in Smoky Lake, AB, local pickup at Pappy’s Parcel Pitstop. If you have selected 'free local pickup' at checkout, you will receive further instructions on pickup location/time via email.

Once your order is ready for pickup, pickup MUST be made within 1 week.
