Shipping & Processing
All orders will be processed within 21 days from the date of order, if this is not possible you will receive an email. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately so that we can try and work out a solution.
Local Pickup:
If placing an order for free local pickup please ensure you contact us with your preferred date for pick up to ensure we can meet your expectations. Pickup location is Pappy’s Parcel Pitstop: 141 White Earth Street, Smoky Lake, AB.
Shipping:
All orders that require shipping will be sent via Canada Post.
Tracking is automatically provided once your items are processed, and packaged and information will be sent via email.
Information:
Please note it is very important to ensure all information provided is true and correct. It is your responsibility to input the correct information. If wrong information is provided we are not responsible for undelivered items to the correct location. Should you notice you made an error please contact us as soon as possible, we will attempt to correct however it is not guaranteed. This applies to both billing and shipping addresses.
